Build Your Franchise Finance Skills
Real estate franchising comes with unique financial challenges. You need to understand cash flow patterns, royalty structures, and territory economics before signing anything.
Our program walks through actual franchise agreements and financial models. We've helped over 140 professionals understand what they're getting into since launching in March 2024.

Our Learning Approach
Four focused modules spread over eight weeks. Each session builds on real cases from the Australian franchise market.
Foundation Evaluation
We start by reviewing your current situation and what you're considering. Then we dig into how franchise finances actually work—the good, the bad, and the stuff that's buried in footnotes. You'll learn to spot red flags before they become expensive problems.
Number Crunching
Here's where we build your financial model together. We use real data from operating franchises to create projections that actually make sense. You'll see what strong performance looks like versus what's realistic when you're starting out.
Risk Assessment
We test your model under different scenarios. What happens if the market cools? If interest rates climb? If your territory takes longer to develop? This is where most people discover whether they can actually handle the financial pressure.
Decision Framework
The final sessions focus on making your call. We review everything, answer the hard questions, and help you build a plan that's based on evidence rather than hope. Some participants walk away—and that's fine. Better to know now than two years in.
How Sessions Work
We run small groups—maximum six participants—so everyone gets proper attention. Sessions happen fortnightly on Tuesday evenings, giving you time to work through assignments between meetings.
Most participants are either evaluating their first franchise opportunity or already operating and trying to figure out if the numbers make sense long-term. The next intake starts in August 2025, with spaces filling by early June.
